  1. نضع في قصعة الشعيروالسميد والملح والسكر وخميرة الخبز ونحرك.
  2. ثم نضيف الزيت ونخلط.
  3. ثم نبدأ نبل بخليط الماء واللبن حتى نحصل على عجينة طرية بزاف لان الشعير يتشرب الماء بزاف.
  4. نغطيها ونخليها ترتاح حوالي نصف ساعة.
  5. بعدما ارتاحت نقوم بعجنها مع اضافة قليل من زيت الزيتون واذا كانت بحاجة الى الماء نضيف لها القليل بعدها نقوم بحلها بالحلال بعد وضع القليل من الزيت على الطاولة مسحة فقط حتى يسهل حلها.
  6. نشعل النار(البوتغاز) على الطاجين ونتركه يسخن بعدها نضع الكسرة لتنضج.
  7. ويجب تحريكها من فترة الى اخرى حتى لا تحترق والنار يجب ان تكون متوسطة ونتركها حتى تحمر ثم نقلبها يمكن اضافة الزعتر والسانوج (الحبة السوداء)وزريعة البسباس وهي اختيارية وتكون صحية اكثر.
  8. تكون لذيذة ونقدمها اما مع اللبن او البقول (مجموعة من الحشائش البرية تطهى في الماء وزيت الزيتون)كما في الصورة.
