  2. نقسم العجين إلى قطع متساوية وكل قطعة نشكلها حربوش و تفتحه في الوسط اما التمر المريخ نعجنه مع الزيت والقليل من القرفة ونشكل حربوش للحشو نغلق العجين جيداً ونشكل حبات المقروط ونزينها على الطريقة التقليدية بالسكين ويطهى في الفرن بعد إخراجه من الفرن مباشرة نضعه في العسل.
