  2. في هذه الأثناء ننقع الرز بعد غسله جيداً ونبدأ بتحضير وسلق المعكرونة وبعد سلقها نصفيها ونضيف لها زيت ونخلطها جيداً حتى لا تلتصق بعد أن تبرد.
  3. بعد القلي البصل نصفيه من الزيت ونضعه على مناديل المطبخ حتى تتشرب الزيت بالكامل ويصبح لدينا بصلي مقلي وكريسبي يمكنكم تشغيل الفيديو وسماع صوت قرمشته. الكشري المصري
  4. نجهز الصلصة وهي بأن نهرس الثوم ونبدأ بتقليبه على النار مع القليل من الزيت وبعدها نضيف الشطة والكمون والكزبرة والملح والطماطم المعصورة ونتركهم نصف ساعة على نار هادئة وبالآخير نضيف الخل.
  5. نبدأ بفلفلة الأرز عادي جداً مثل أي أرز وبعد نضوجه نضيف عليه العدس المسلوق وممكن تركه بدون أن نخلطهما معاً.
  6. نبدأ بسكب الكشري في البداية الرز والعدس وبعدها المعكرونة وبعدها الحمص والبصل على الوجه والصلصة حسب الرغبة وممكن سكبها في طبق كبير وممكن في أطباق صغيرة.
  7. تقدم لجانبه الصلصة وحسب الرغبة …جربوا الكشري لذيذ جداً وصحة وهنا.
