  4. بعد الفوران الأول نبلله بالماء جيداً وندلكه باليدين لكي لا يتعجن ومن جهةاخرى نضع في القدر الجزر.
  5. عندما ينشف الكسكس من الماء نضعه مرة أخرى في كسكاس ونتركه لكي يفور.
  6. بعدها منوعه من فوق النار ونضعه في قصة ونبلله مرة أخرى وندلكه ومن جهة أخرى نكملىبقية الخضر اللفت والبطاطا وتنزع الدجاج لانه يستوي بسرعة.
  7. ثم نعيد الكرة بوضع الكسكس يفور للمرة الأخيرة بعد نزعه نضع م.ك زبدة ونحكرك بالملعة جيداً.واذا استوت الخضار نطفئ النار ونحمر أطراف الدجاج.ثم نسكب في الطبق الكسكس ونصب المرق مع الخضر والدجاج ونقدمه..
