- فخلاط البصل: نضع قليلا من الكزبرة والثوم والجزر والفلفل القرون ونعصر عليه قليل من الليمون ونخلطه ثم نضعه ف الصينية الي ان نغطي الطماطم ثم نقطع الفلفل الرومي لمربعات صغيرة وننثره فوق الخلطة.
- البشاميل: فقدر صغير نسخن ماء ونضع فيه ملعقتين من الحليب ونخلطه بالمضرب على نار هادئة الى ان يغلى ثم نضع الدقيق ونخلط الى ان يثقل ثم ملعقتين من جبنة كاسات والكمون والدقة والفلفل الاسود والملح ونخلطه جيدا.
- بعد ان تجهز البشاميل نضعه فوق الصينية وندخله الفرن على درجة حرارة ١٨٠ الى ان تحمر ونخرجها.
- نقوم ببشر جبنة شيدر وننثره فوق الصينية وندخله الى ان تذوب الجبنة ونخرجه الى ان تبرد ثم تقطع وبالعافية.. 💜.
