7. نحاول نمدها منيح ومانخليها سميكة.
8. بحط القشطة على اول طرف وبنسكرها على شكل رول وبنقطعه وبنعيد نفس العملية لتخلص الكمية عنا.
9. بنخليها بالبراد حوالي ساعة.بعدا بنقطع الرولات بالشكل بنحبه وبنرش على وجهه فستق حلبي اذا متوفر وبتقدم مع قطر..
