  6. تقليت الملوخية كتير مهمة لنجاحها ولحصول على طعم شهي.
  7. نضيف التوم والكزبرة ونقلب جيدا لعدة دقائق ثم نضيف الملح والبهارات.
  8. نفرنس الدجاج المسلوق ونحتفظ بالمرق.
  9. نضيف المرق للملوخية ونقلب قليلا تترك لتبدء بالغليان قليلا ونضيف الدجاج وتترك الى ان تقترب من النضج.
  10. نضع عصير الحامض وتترك تغلي قليلا ومطفيئ.
  11. تقدم بجانب الارز والحر وبالعافية.
