  1. اولا ينظف الدجاج جيداً ويوضع بطنجرة ويغمر بالماء مع إضافة الملح والقرنفل و الورق الغار او اي منكهات مرغوب بها ويسلق لمدة نصف ساعة على نار متوسطة.
  2. يصفى من الماء جيداً... بوعاء نضع البهارات جميعها والليمون والبيض والنشا والطحين مع التقليب ثم تضاف الماء مع المزج جيداً لنحصل على قوام سميك.
  3. يوضع الدجاج بقلب التبلة وندعه منقوع لمدة ساعة على الأقل ويفضل ان يبقى ليلة كاملة بالبراد.
  4. بوعاء نضع الكورن فليكس والطحين ويقلبو جيداً(او فقط بقسماط بدون اضافة الطحين).
  5. ثم تأخذ كل قطعة من الدجاج من قلب التبلة وتوضع بوعاء التغليف لتغلف جيداً من الخارج ويوضعو على صينية بجانب بعض تكرر العملة حتى تنفد كمية الدجاج.
  6. يحمى الزيت على نار عالية ثم توضع قطع الدجاج ويهدى الغاز للوسط حتى تتحمر تخرج على فوطة مطبخ ويقدمو بجانب البطاطا المقلية والسلطات والعيران..
