4. حطي نايلون السيلفون وافرشي العجينة فوقها، ومديها بأيدك او بالشوبك ل تصير تقريبا بسمك ١ سم وبتوزعي فوقو الحشوة وبتلفي بطريقة ل حتى تقدري تقطعي..
5. بس تخلصي منهم، حطيهم بالبراد واتركيهم يبردو شوي. بعدين شيليهم حطيهم بصحن مرتب وزينهم بالقطر والفستق الحلبي..
