  2. في طنجرة الضغط نحط حبه بصله مرحيه مع حبه لفت كذلك مرحيه تزيدها فالطعم وتختر المرق نتاعنا نزيد الحمص واطراف الدجاج انا عملت فقط نصف صدر دجاج والتوابل ملح فلفل اسود عود قرفه رقيق ورشه قرفه مرحيه و زنجبيل وثلاث ملاعق كبار زيت نخلي الكل يتقلى مليح من بعد نزيد نقشر الخضار نحط فالبدايه الجزر من بعد عشرين دقيقه نحط القرعه واللفت ونخلي الكل يطهى مليح..

  4. لما يطيب الخصار والدجاج والحمص نقص من المرق ونحطو في طنجره اخرى ونضيفلو التلي تلي اللي كنا فورناه نحرك مليح ونغطيه ونخليه يتشرب المرق واحيانا نظيفلو رشه قرفه او ادا كان مخصوص ملح يعني نعدلو الذوق حسب ما نحبو وتحب عائلاتكم ونعسو باه ما يلصقش في قاع الطنجره.

  6. من بعد ندريسيوه فالاطباق سواء في طبق جماعي او فردي نحطو اولا التلي تلي من بعد نوزعو عليه الخضار والحمص وطرف الدجاج ونزينوه بالبيض المغلي.. او بالصحه والراحه خيا.
  7. انا في دارنا نقدموه مع سلطه خس وطماطم وحبات الزيتون..اما زوجي فيحبو مع كأس اللبن والمثل يقول كول واش تحب والبس واش يعجب الناس.. ولا واني ما نعملش بهاد المثل بصح كل واحد او الذوق نتاعو والمهم احترام اذواق الآخرين.
