- بعد غسل الدجاج جيدا وتنظيفه من الزفر يتم تقطيعهم الى ٨ قطع لكل دجاجه ويتم وضع المكونات للتنقيع وتنقيع الدجاج لمده لاتقل عن ٤ ساعات ويفضل ليله كامله ، انا نقعهتهم ٤ ساعات وكانت النتايج ممتازه.
- بكيس بلاستك كبير يتم وضع المقادير للطبقه الخارجيه للدجاج ووضعها جميعا وخلطها جيدا ، وناخذ الدجاج حبتين حبتين ووضعهم بالكيس ومزجهم جيدا والتاكد ان المكونات دخلت ايضا تحت الجلد و نخرجها من الكيس والى المقلاه على طول وتكون النار متوسطه وبحمام زيت ، ونكرر العمليه لكل الدجاج.
