- نضيف نشاء الذرة و الخميرة ونخفق ثم نضيف الخل والفرينة.
- نخلط جيداً ثم نفرغ الخليط في القوالب وندخلها فرن مسخن 180 درجة لمدة من 30 إلى 40 دقيقة حتى يتحمر المادلين.
- نخرجه من الفرن وشهية طيبة.
