  4. وبعدين في الجو ده هتلقيها قبل النص ساعة بقت عاليه قلبيها بالمعلقه تاني وغطيها وحهزي الزيت والكيس البلاستيك حتى لو مش عندك بلبه مدوره عاديه عشان تطلع منك مدوره مش كائنات فضائيه.
  5. للزلابيه في طبق حطي الخميره والسكر وربع كوب الماء وقلبي وغطيهم وتحطي الدقيق وباقي الماء الكوب على بعض ومعلقتين ونص بيكنج بودر النشا كل كوب دقيق بياخد ملعقة نشا ونص كوب ماء تمام كده والخميره تعللي قلبيهم مع بعض كويس واعجني وهتبقي ملزقه كده عادي غطيها وسيبها نص ساعة.
  6. تسخني الزيت وتبقي نار متوسطه وتنزللي بالكيس وتقصي بالمقص قطع صغيرة هتكور منك امللي الطاسه والزيت يكون كتير عشان تعرفي تقلبيها وتخرجيها على ورق مناديل وتهدي نزليها في العسل وطلعيها في مصفاه عشان باقي العسل وانا عملتها بسكر بودرة كمان.
