1. نجمع مكونات العجينة بالماء حتى تتحصلي على عجينة متماسكة نغلفها بكيس بلاستيكي او ورق شفاف ونتركها ترتاح 30د او اكثر بعد ذلك ندلكها قليلا و ونشكلها كرات ثم نطليها بالزيت ونتركها ترتاح مرة اخرى 5 دقائق.
2. نضع الطاجين على النار ثم نفتح العجينة رقيقة بالقليل من الزيت ثم نرفعها ونضعها في الطاجين نضعها في كيس بلاستيكي ونغطيها بفوطة كي لا تنشف (مثل التريد).
3. في مقلاة نضع الزيت والبصل و الثوم ونحركه قليلا ثم نضيف الطماطم والتوابل وصلصة الحارة ونتركها تستوي بعد ذلك نتركها تبرد تماما.
4. نضع الحشوو الجبن في الوسط ونطويها مثل المسمن ثم نضعها في مقلاة او طاجين يكون ساخن ومدهون بالزيت.
5. وبالصحة والراحة.
