- اولا نجمعالعجين بالماء و نتحصل على عجين متماسك.
- نتركه يرتاح ١٠ دقائق تم نقوم بدلكه جيدا مع اضافة بعض الماء للحصول على عجين طرى يشبه عجين مسمن.
- نقوم بتلويزه او تكوين كريات صغير انا جاوني 8.
- نحضر الحشو نرحي البصل و ندبله في مقلاة مع الزيت و التوابل.
- نرحي الطماطم و الفلفل الحارو نضيفها على البصل بعدما يدبل نترك الحشو على النار حتى ينشف تماما.
- بعدما يبرد الحشو نبدأ في التشكيل نطرح العجين بالزيت على شكل دائرة في نصف دائرة نضع الحشو و الجبن و الزيتون.
- قبل ما نغطي نضع القليل من الزيت فى النصف الاخر من الدائرة وثم نغلق نطيبو في طاجين النحاس.
- شهية طيبة.
