- وبقية الخليط يبقى بالخلاط ويضاف علية البيض والخل والفانيليا ويخلط جيداً ثم يصب على الدقيق ويخلط المزيج جيداً.
- في صينية مربعة مدهونة زيت ورشة دقيق نصب خليط الكيك ويدخل الفرن مسخن من قبل يكون في الوسط على درجه حراره ١٦٠ يكون الحراره من تحت حتى تتنفخ ويتشقر تحت نطفي تحت ونشغل فوق حتى الوجة يتحمر.
- نخرج الصينية ويصب علية الحليب السائل حتى تتشرب ثم نخرم الكيك بعود أسنان نخرج خليط الكراميل من الثلاجة ويصب على وجهه الكيك ونتركة يشترب ورشيت عليه من صوص الكراميل الأسود.
