  4. ثم أضيف الاسماك مع التوابل ورقة موسى ونشحر الكل على النار قوية.
  5. ثم أضيف الطماطم والقزبر والمعدنوس ومركز الطماطم والفلفل ألوان الجلبانة (البازيلا) ونحرك جيداً ونغطي الطنجرة ونتركو حتى يطيب (يستوي) السمك.
  6. بعدما يطيب (يستوي) السمك نأخد حبات من البوزروك ونحتافض بها لتزيين ثم أضيف الارز ونخلط جيداً ونقص النار ونترك الارز يتشرب المرق.
  7. نوجدو عناصر التزيين نأخد مقلاة ونصب فيها الارز بعدما يكون تشرب المرق ونشف.
  8. ونزيين إختياري ثم أدخلها لفرن ساخن لمدة 10دقائق ثم أقدمها بالصحة.
