- تتبيلة الدجاج ؛ يتم خلط الزبادي والخل والبافلو صوص والصويا صوص والكاتشب ونصف ليمونه وملح وفلفل اسود وبابريكا وبهارات فاهيتا ويوضع فيه مكعبات الدجاج لمدة من ربع إلى نصف ساعه.
- تحمس شرائح البصل بقليل من الزيت حتى يتغير لونه قليلاً ثم يضاف عليه شرائح الفلفل الاخضر حتى تذبل ثم يتم اضافة شرائح المشروم مع الاستمرار بالتقليب بعد ذلك يتم اضافه الدجاج الذي تم تتبيله مع الاستمرار بالتقليب حتى ينضجثم نتركه قليلا على نار هادئة حتى يجف قليلا.
- اخيراً يتم تحميص التوست ويوضع عليه القليل من المايونيز والخس وتوضع عليه فاهيتا الدجاج وبألف عافيه.
