- الطلية: نضع البيض و الحليب والزيت وماء الزهر والقارص ونخلطهم مليح ثم نبدأ نضيف السكر منخول حتى نتحصل على خليط ثقيل كي نهز بالملعقة كي يطيح يبدأ يهبط خط متقطع خلاص راهي واجدة نغطيها ونخليها ترتاح.
- نأخذ كويرة من العجينة نحلها غير بيدي ونمسك الحشو نضع حرف t في الوسط ونغلق الحبة جيداً وشكلها عرايش ونضعهه في الفرن مسخن حتى يأخذ لون ذهبي منطيبوهمش بزاف باش ميجوش يابسين وكي يبردو نطليهم وتزيين كيما اي مثل حبيتو.
