نحضر الطلية🌹نضرب بالفوي بياض بيضة وملعقة كبيرة عصير ليمون نضيف نص كاس شاربات وملون غذائي احمر ونخلط نضيف السكر الناعم نتحصل على عجينة نخففها بماء الزهر حتى نتحصل على القوام لي راني حابة ونطلي حبة العرايش ونخليها تنشف.
الشاربات كاس سكر عادي وزوج كاس ماء فوق النار بعد الغليان نحسب 10 دقائق ونطفي نخليها تبرد.
