- في إناء ندير لوز سكر فانيلا قطعة زبدة نخلط جيداً ثم نضيف ماء زهر نخلط حتى نتحصل على خليط يلتصق في اليد.
- كي ترتاح العجينة نشكلها على شكل كرات نحلها و نضيف الحشو على شكل T ونغلق و نشكلها على شكل عرايش ندير كامل الكمي و ندخلها ثلاجة ساعة ثم ندخلها الفرن حتى طيب وتأخذ اللون الذهبي من اسفل نخرجها و نخليها تبرد.
- ندير في إناء ماء الزهر و زيت و حليب نخلط ثم نضيف سكر ناعم نكون غربلناه من قبل حتى تولي الخليط ثقيل ندير ملون غذائي و ندير قطرات من عصير الليمون.
- ندير العرايش فوق المشبك ندير عليهم طلية حتى نكمل كامل الكمي نخبط المشبك مليح باش تهبط الطلية زايدة نخليها حتى تنشف جيداً نحيلها الزائد نزينها باللماع الغذائي و وردات و شهيه طيب.
