- في مقلاة يقلى الثوم و تضاف له الطماطم المفرومة و اوراق الشمندر ثم التوابل المذكورة ، يحرك الخليط ثم يترك على نار هادئة 5 دقائق ثم يقدم في صحن التقديم.
