  7. نقوم بفرد ورق العنب ونضع الحشوة ونلف.
  8. ثم نضعها في طنجرة الضغط فوق اللحم والدهن.
  9. نضع صحن على الورق ثم نضع شيء ثقيل.
  10. نضيف الماء حتى يصل الى حافة الصحن الذي وضعناه.
  11. نضيف ملح وحمض الليمون للماء.
  12. ثم نغلق الطنجرة بأحكام.
  13. نتركها على النار بعد أن تبدء الطنجرة بأطلاق الصفير مدة ساعة أو أقل حسب نوع الطنجرة وصحة وهنا.
