1. بسم الله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله في اناء نخلط الثوم والتوابل مع الخل والزيت +الخردل +الملح جيدا ثم نضع فيها مكعبات الدجاج ونتركها في التتبيلة مدة ساعتين على الاقل.
2. ثم في مقلاة ساخنة وعلى نار متوسطة نضع مكعبات الدجاج المتبلة ونقلب من حين الى آخر حتى يتغير لونها نضيف اليها اوراق السلق الغسولة جيدا والمقطعة مع الزيتون المقطع ونقلب الخليط معا ثم نغطي المقلاة ونخفف النار ونتركها حتى ينضج الدجاج تماما.
3. في إناء نخلط البيض +الملح+رشة فلفل أسود جيدا بالمضرب اليدوي(الفوي)ثم نضيف اليه خليط الدجاج والسلق.
4. في صينية فرن أو بايركس نضع البطاطا المقلية وخليط السلق والدجاج وندخله للفرن حتى يأخذ اللون الذهبي.
