  1. نسخن الفرن على حرارة وسط 180. ندهن صينية مقاس 22 او بالكتير 24 زيت. في بولة نخلط السمن والسكر بالمضرب الكهربائي مجرد خلط سريع. نضيف الزبادي ونخلط بالمضرب. في بولة اخرى نخلط دقيق السمولينه وجوز الهند والبيكنج بودر ونضيف هذا الخليط للخليط الأول ونخلط قليلا مجرد انهم يمتزجوا مع بعض لأن خلط البسبوسة الكتير بيخليها تنشف نقسم الخليط نصين,النص الأول نفرده في الصينية وندخلها الفرن لحد ما اطرافها تبدء تلون وردى.
  2. في الوقت دا نعمل الشربات او الشيرة او القطر نضع السكر والماء على نار وسط ونقلب بحرص من المنتصف حتى يذوب السكر تماما وعند بداية غليان خليط السكر والماء نضيف عصرة الليمون وعود القرفه للتنكيه وهو اختياري ممكن من غيره وممكن بشر البرتقال او بشر الليمون ويادوب يغلى دقيقه ونطفى النار.
  3. نخرج صينية البسبوسة من الفرن ونفرد القشطه ونخلى بالنا مانوصلش القشطه لأطراف الصينيه عشان ماتتحرقش نشكل باقي خليط السيمولينه زي الطابات كدا او الفلافل والطعمية ونرصها بحرص فوق القشطه لحد ما تتغطى تماما نطفى الفرن وندخل الصينيه ونشغل الشواية لحد ما تأخذ لون حلو وجميل.
  4. نسقى البسبوسه السخنه بالشربات السخن وزى ما احنا حابين بقى ناكلها ساخنه او بارده مع كباية شاي مصري بالنعناع وبس خلاص. مطرح ما يسرى يمرى.
