  3. نضيف الزبادي (لبن) آخر شيء و نخلطه جيداً حتى يمتزج مع الخليط جيداً (لا يحبذ التقليب الكثير بعد اضافة الزبادي، فقط يقلب حتى يمتزج مع الخليط).
  4. ندهن القالب زبده ثم نصب خليط البسبوسه و ندخله الفرن على درجة ١٨٠-٢٠٠ على حسب الفرن ٢٠-٢٥ دقيقه.
  5. للشربات او الشيره،، هنضيف السكر على الماء ونضعه على البوتجاز بدون تقليب حتى يذوب السكر ثم نضيف الفانيليا والليمون و يغلي لمدة ٥ دقائق فقط يتم صبه على البسبوسه وهي ساخنه (الشربات سخن والبسبوسه ساخنه) ثم تترك في البوتجاز حوالي ١٠-١٥ دقيقه حتى تتشرب الشربات بالكامل.
