  4. ثم بعد ذلك في حلة على النار نضيف ماء وملح وفلفل اسود ومكعب مرقة خضار تغلي ثم نضيف الممبار ونتركه حتى يستوي ثم نخرجه يبرد ونحمره في الزبدة.
