  1. الطبقة الاولى ، نضع جميع المكونات في الخلاط ونخفقها جيداً ثم نضع نصف الكمية في قالب التشيز كيك (حجم وسط) بعد ان ندهنه سمنة او طحينية او زيت مع رشة سميد صغيرة ، يوضع في الفرن على درجة حرارة ١٨٠ مئوية(من تحت).
  2. الطبقة الثانية ، تهرس قطع الجبنة بالشوكة قبل وضعها مع باقي المكونات (ممكن اذوبها ١٥ ثانية بالميكرويڤ قبل ما اهرسها) ثم تذوب جميع المكونات مع بعضها (وهي باردة) ثم توضع على الغاز ونستمر في التحريك بعد ما تغلى بدقيقة.
  3. بعد خبز النصف الاول توضع القشطة فوقها وهي ساخنة (والقشطة ايضا) وبعد وضعها نتركها تبرد ٥ دقائق ثم نضع الطبقة الثالثة ونضعها في الفرن في الرف الاخير (ونشغل الشواية فقط) على اقل درجة حرارة ( تاخد تقريباً ٧ دقائق.
  4. بعد خبزها يوضع القطر (كاسة سكر + نصف كاسة ماء) وهو ساخن ، وبعد ان تبرد قليلا يتم وضعها بالثلاجة لمدة ساعتين قبل التقطيع ونزينها بالفستق الحلبي.
