3. نفرغ الخليط في صينية وندخلها الى الفرن على 170درجة حتى تحمر نخرهاوندخل سكين اذا ناشف تكون جاهزة نتركها تبرد نخلط الحليب بارد جداً معى الكريمة ونخفقها بضراب حتى تتماسك.
4. نفرغ كريم شانتيه فوق بسكويت كما في الصورة ثم نضع كريمة الليمون كما في الصور.
5. ننزع ملعقة ك من الكريمة الليمون نضع فيها ملعقة كاكاو ونضع خطوط فوق الكريمة مثل الملفاي.
