  1. نحط السمن مع البصل و الثوم الى ان يشقر قليلا.
  2. نضيف البهارات الصحيحة قرفة لومي قرنفل حبهان ورق غار / لورا.
  3. نضيف الطماطم و البهارات المطحونة و مكعب مرق الدجاج و نقلب.
  4. نضيف الدجاج و نشوحه شوية مع الخلطه على النار.
  5. نضيف ماء او شوربة دجاج وونترك الدجاج حتى ينضج.
  6. نشيل الدجاج من الشوربة و نضيف مكانه الرز و نتركه حتى ينضج الأول على نار عالية دقيقتين ثم نهدي تماما النار.
  7. نضيف اللون مع ملعقة زيت و ندهن بيه الدجاج و نحط الدجاج في الفرن يتحمر.
  8. عند نضج الرز نضيف لون الطعام مع خمس ملاعق ماء و نذوبه و نضيفه على الرز بدون تقليب.
  9. نطلع الدجاج بعد الاحمرار و نحطه فوق الرز و نجيب الفحم ساااااااخن و نحطه في ورق هوه سلوفان و نضيف فوقه معلقتين زيت و نغطي فورا حتى نأخذ نكهة الشواء.
  10. نرفع الغطاء و نغرف الرز الأول و فوقه الدجاج و يقدم مع صلصة الطماطم الخاصة بالمندي و مع زبيب و مكسرات.
