  7. بعد كده هنضيف ال ٢ كوب ميه ونص بس مغليين عشان الكشري ميعجنش منك لو الميه بارده ونهدي النار ع الاخر ونحط صفيحه من تحت عشان ميتلسعش ونغطي الحله وكل فتره نقلبه 💕.
  8. بعد كده نغرفه ف سرفيس كبير وبيتقدم معاه البيض المسلوق والشيبسي والطبق الرئيسي سمك مشوي جمبه.
  9. وبعد ما تاخد اللون الدهبي الفاتح تضيف العدس والارز ونقلب لحد ما الخليط ينشف كده والميه متبقاش فيه.
  10. بعد كده هنضيف مكعب المرقه والملح بس بتوازن عشان المرقه اصلا فيها ملح وهنضيف الكمون ونقلب.
