- نضع الزبدة على النار وعندما يذوب نضع اللوز والمشمش والعلوجة ونقلب ثم نضع بعدها 3 كاسات ماء.
- عندما تسلق المواد وتصبح طريه جداً ويقل الماء نضع السكر وكاسه ونصف ماء ساخن ورشة ملح ونتركها تطبخ على نار هادئة الى ان تتماسك وتنضج والف عافية.
