- نقوم بوضع جميع المكسرات اليابسه أولا ونتركها نصف ساعة مع التقليب المستمر ثم نضع باقي المكسرات وتترك مع التقليب المستمر لا يقل عن ساعتين.
- عند بدأ تغير لونها نضفي عليها النار ونتركها تبرد تماما ثم نقسمها في علب.
- ممكن تسخن مرة أخرى عند تقديمها وبالعافية.
- ملاحظة ممكن تزيدي حسب الكمية المطلوبة على كل كيس قمر الدين ٤ ملاعق سكر وكاستين وربع ماء.
