  1. نقوم بعمل البشاميل نضع الزبدة والطحين ع النار لدقيقة ثم نقوم باضافة الحليب تدريجي وقليلا قليلا حتى لا يتكتل مع التحريك المستمر والسريع لغاية ما يتقل الخليط بنطفي الغاز وبنضيف الملح والفلفل الابيض وجوزة الطيب.
  2. عمل الصلصة الحمراء: نشوح البصلة بقليل من الزيت ثم نضيف اللحمة ليتغير لونها. وبنضيف البندورة وصلصة البندورة والفطر وكاسة الماء مع البهارات ونتركها نصف ساعة لتنضج جيدا.
  3. في طبق بايركس نضع القليل من صوص البشاميل ثم نضع طبقة لزانيلا ثم صلصة لحمه ثم صلصة بشاميل وقليل من الجبنة وطبقة لزانيا وبنكمل بهالطريقة لتخلص الكمية او حسب عدد الطبقات اللي بدك ياها.
  4. اخر طبقة لازم تكون بشاميل وبنرش ع الوجة جبنة الموزاريلا وبنحطها بالفرن ع حرارة 220 مدة نص ساعة ليتحمر الوجه.
