- نخلط البيض مع سكر بواسطة شوكة او بضراب يدوي ثم نضيف الملح و الزيت ثم نضيف الحليب البودرة و عطر الكراميل ونخلط جيدا ثم نضيف النشاء ونلم بالفرينة و خميرة وتكون مغربلة نغطي العجينة بكيس بلاستيكي ونتركها ترتاح 10د ثم نشكل كريات 32 غ او بحجم حبة الجوز..
- نضع ورق الطهي فوق صينية ثم نضع القالب في فرينة كل مرة نضع الكرية داخله ثم نضغط قليلا على قالب ونضعه مباشرة فوق الصينية و نضغط حتى تخرج العجينة من قالب برفق ثم ننزع غطاء العلوي من قالب و نضغط على وسط صابلي لكي لا ينتفخ الوسط..
- نترك صابلي يرتاح 10د قبل الطهي لكي يبقى الشكل على حاله ثم ندخله الفرن على درجة 170c مدة 12د..
- نترك صابلي يبرد ثم بواسطة مصفات نغربل السكر الناعم فوق الصابلي ثم نزين الوسط بمربى المشمس..
