  1. 💓طريقه التحضير نجهز القطر اولااا.. نضع على النار الماء ونضيف السكر ونحركهم حتى يذوب السكر وتبدا بالغليان نخغف النار.ونضيف عصير الليمون ونقلبهم.مده 5 دقيقة حتى نحصل عامزيج ثخين.. ونتركه جانبااا حتى يتم تجهيز الكنافه.
  2. نفرد الكنافه و نفكها عن بعضها.. ونضيف لها السمنه.. مع ملعقه ص ماء الورد وسكر بودرة.و نفركها بأيدينا حتى تتشرب السمنه.وتنفرد.. ونقسمها قسمين متساويين... ونمد القسم الاول بصينيه.ونضغط عليه باليد تماما ونضيف القشطه الجاهزه فوق القسم الاول... بحيث تكون بعيده عن طرف الصينيه مقدار نص سم عالداير.
  3. ونمد باقي الكنافه الخشنه فوق القشطه.. ونضغط عليها لتتماسك مع بعض... وندخلها للفرن المحمى.لمده 30د من الجهه السفلى.. ونتركها حتى نشاهد الاطراف بدات تتحمر عالداير نطفى من الجهه السفلى ونشغل الفرن من الجهه العليا تقريبا 10 دقائق حتى نراها بدات تتحمر.. نخرجها من الفرن.ونضيف لها مباشره وهي ساخنه القطر عاوجهها ونتركها حتى تبرد تماما نزينها بباقي القشطه.على الوجه.. مع المكسرات.وتقدم وتقطع بالهنااا....
