  2. البسو كفوف وبلشو حطو على ايدكم سمنه وانثرو عالكنافه ما تجيبو الكميه كلها بمكان واحد حاولو كل العجينه يوصلها شوية سمنه رشة كتير بسيطه من الصبغه وما تخلوها تيجي بمكان واحد واخلطوها وحركوها منيح وافركو العجينه ببعضها عشان توخد اللون والسمنه.
  3. بعدها ادهنو الصينيه سمنه كميه منيحه ومعها رشة صبغه وبلشو وزعو بعجينة الكنافه على الصينيه واكبسوها بايدكم كتير منيح من جميع الجهات.
  4. وبلشو وزعو جبنة الموازريلا بالاول لانها ممكن تتحمر وتصير بني اذا بتنحط من فوق وفوقها الجبنه الحلوه واتركو فراغ من الجوانب ما تحطو في جبنه.
  5. وعالفرن درجة حرارة ٢٠٠ من ٢٠ ل٢٥ دقيقه بس تشوفو الجوانب اتحمرت طلعوها.
  6. وهي بالفرن جهزو القطر السكر والمي والليمون عالغاز وحركو ليذوب السكر واتركو بس يغلي وطو النار ٥ دقايق واطفو تحتو وحطو شوية الزبده بتعطي لمعه ونكهه حلوه.
  7. بتصبو القطر عليها اول ما تطلع من الفرن همه التنين يكونو سخنين وزينوها بالفستق الحلبي او اي مكسرات وصحه وعافيه‎.
