  2. الكابوريا هانغسلها وصفيها و في الهون هانحط فلفل حار وفصين ثوم وندقهم ناعم هانجيب صينيه ونفرد فيها الفويل ونحط الكابوريا بعد ما تبلنها بالثوم والفلفل وهانحط معها طماطمه حتت صغيرة وفلفل رومي ورشه ملح وكمون وفلفل اسود وندخلها الفرن لحد ما يتغير لونها...
  3. الرز بقى.. هانزل في الزيت ٢ مستكه و٢ هيل ونقلبهم في الزيت لحد لما ريحتهم تتطلع واقوم منزله الرز عليهم ونقلبهم ونحط الملح والماء ونسيبو لحد ما يستوي.
  4. #سر_الطبخة الهيل والمستكه بيخلو طعم الرز جميل دا غير ريحتو طبعااا.
