  1. الخطوة الاولى والمهمة نقوم بوضح طنجرة فيها ماء ونتركه يخي قيل وبعدها نحضر احشاء الخروف ونقوم بوضعها في لماء حوالي 10ثواني ونخرجها بسرعة ونقوم بنزع الفصلات بسكين ونكرر العمليا الى عدة مرات كي نتحصل على احشاء نضيفة ونقيا ويجب ان تكون نضيفة لا يصح اكلها كما هيا ثم نقوم بتنظيف امعاء ايضا هكذا نقطعها على شكل مثلث.
  2. وبعدها نحضر حشوة وهي نقوم بتقطيع الرئة والقصبة الهوائية والامعاء والقلب والشحم والكبد الى قطع متوسطةو ثم نضيف مربعة ونضيف الحمص والجلبانة وأرز وقضبر مقطعونضيف عليها كل التوابل ونخلط باليد جيد حتى تتمازج كل المكونات وبعدها نقوم بحضار الحيط وابرة ونقوم بخيط العصبان ونترك ثقب صغير وندخل فيه الحشو ثم نكمل الخياطة وفي كوكوت منيوت نضع فيها ماء وحمض ونتركها تخلي جيداً ثم ونضيف العصبان.
  3. وبعدما تكون تنضج وتغلي نضيف القرعة(كوسة)ونتركها تكمل النضج حتى تصبح نضجة جيداً.
  4. وبعدها نقدمها بهذا الشكل صحة وهنا واتمنا ان تعجبكم.
  5. ملاحظة مهمة يجب اعشاء الخروف ان تكون نضيفة لانها تحتوي على فضلات.
