Steps to make السمك السنجاري المشوي:

  1. يتم تنظيف السمك جيدا ويفتح من البطن سنجاري.
  2. يتم فرد ورق الالمونيوم على صنيه ويوضع بها السمكه مفروده ولكن تدهن بالزيت والملح من الخارج ويتم لف ورق الالمونيوم محاوط السمكه كما بالصوره.
  3. بعد تحضير كامل السمك ولفه بالالمونيوم يتم وضعه في صنيه الفرن ودهنه بالزيت ثم المسطرده.
  4. يتم وضع السمك تحت الشوايه مع مرعاه تهدئه النار ونترك السمك إلي ان يصبح لونه ذهبيا ثم نطفئ النار.
  5. اثناء وضع السمك اسفل الشوايه يتم تحضير تتبيله الشوي نضع قليل من الزيت ونضع به حبة البصل المقطعه وتترك لتذبل ثم يضع فسين الثوم ويتم الثقليب وبعد ذلك يتم وضع الفلفل والطماطم والجزر وعصر حبة الليمون ووضع الخل والبهارات والملح حسب الرغبه والكمون والبابريكا ونتركهم 10 دقائق على نار متوسطه.
  6. هنطلع السمك من اسفل الشوايه ونضع خلطه السمك التي حضرناها اثناء ما السمك كان بالفرن.. نغطي السمكه بالكامل بالخلطه.
  7. نضع السمك في الفرن مع تشغيل شعله الفرن فقط على درجه حراره متوسطه وعلى الرف المتوسط حتى تمام النضج.
