- في كسرولة كبيرة حطيت زيت نباتى حطيت طبقة البطاطا وفوقها كمية من البصل والثوم.
- بعدها حطيت الباذنجان وحطيت فوقو أيضا البصل والثوم حطيتهم فوق النار وغطيت الكسرولة وتركتها قليلا.
- بعد ما الفول نضج نصف طياب حطيتو فوق الباذنجان وحطيت التوابل والملح ومرقت بماء ساخن نصف كمية الماء والنصف الآخر حطيت فيه ملعقة الطماطم المصبرة وضفتو للطبخة.
- غطيتها وتركتها على نار متوسطة طيب في عقلها.
