2. فالخلاط اليدوي الكهرباء نخلط الجبن كيري ثم نضيف الدريم ويب او (كريمة خفق) و القشطه والحليب نستله و نص كوب حليب بارد (استغني عنه اذا عملتي كوب كريمة خفق) وراح ننزل الكريم كراميل على دفعتين ونخلط.
3. (نعمل كوب حليب سائل و نص ملعقه نسكافيه ونخلط)و في البايركس نعمل طبقه بسكويت مغمس بالحليب ثم طبقه كريما ونكرر العملية لحد ما تنتهي الكمية.
4. ضروري آخر طبقه تكون كريما... ونزينها بالبسكويت المطحون وعلى الثلاجة لوقت التقديم وصحتين وعافيه.
