- نرجع للدجاج نحط نص البصل المحمر عليه و السماق والبهارات والملح ونحطه على النار بس شوي دقيقتان.
- نأخذ قطعه من القرصان ونضع القليل من حشوه الدجاج و نلفه بالطول.
- ندخله الفرن فوق وتحت شوي بس لين مايتحمر.
- نأخذ صينيه بايركس و نضع القليل من زيت الزيتون على الصينيه ثم نصف اللي لفيناه وبعدين نحط باقي البصل فوقه.
- بهالوقت نسوي الصوص نخلط الزبادي مع الطحينيه وعصير الليمون و السماق وبكذا جهز الصوص عندي.
- نطلع المسخن من الفرن ونقدمه مع الصوص.
