  1. ننخل الطحين ونضعه في وعاء كبير ونضيف اليه الفانيليا والبيكنغ باودر ونحرك المكونات الجافة.
  2. في وعاء اخر نضع البيض ونضيف اليه السكر ونخفقه جيدا.
  3. نقطع الزبدة الى مكعبات صغيرة ونضيفهم الى الطحين ونعجنهم باطراف الاصابع الى ان تتشكل لدينا عجينة شبيهة بالرمال.
  4. نضيف خليط البيض والسكر الى الطحين ولكن على دفعات الى ان تنتهي كمية البيض وتتشكل لدينا عجينة طرية ومتماسكة.
  5. نقسم العجينة الى قسمين ونضع قسم بالبراد.
  6. نجهز صينية الفرن فندهنها بالزيت ونرش القليل من الطحين.
  7. 7- نمد القسم الذي تركناه خارج البراد في الصينية ونجعله مستويا.
  8. 8- نضيف مربى المشمش فوق الطبقة الاولى ونوزعه جيدا.
  9. 9- نخرج القسم الثاني من العجينة ونقوم ببرشه مباشرة فوق المربى ونوزعه جيدا بحيث يغطي المربى كاملا.
  10. نكون قد اشعلنا الفرن قبل عشر دقائق فندخل الصينية في الفرن على درجة حرارة متوسطة لمدة نصف ساعة تقريبا الى ان يصبح الوجه ذهبي اللون.
  11. نخرج الصينية من الفرن وندعها تبرد تماما نقطعها ووتصبح جاهزة للتقديم.
