- تخرج العجينة من البراد ونفرد فوقها المربى ثم نخرج العجينة من القريزة ونبرشها فوق المربى.
- ثم توضع بالفرن حتى تحمر الاطراف ثم تحمر من فوق تخرج وتترك لتبرد ثم تقطع وتقدم.
