- سخنت الفرن و بديت حليت كل العجين و طبعتو دوائر بالاداة الخاصة بسوفلي و هنا كان الحشو يبرد حطيت الحشو وغلقتهم.
- دهنتهم بصفار بيض لي كنت خلطتو مع شوية حليب وقطرة خل و رشيت سمسم و حبة طيبة (الشمر).
- دخلتهم فرن كان سخون طابو وجات العجينة هشيشة ما شاءالله و شهية طيبة حبيباتي.
