  1. نقوم بنخل الدقيق في بولا عشان يدخل الهواء ثم نضيف البكنج بودر والسكر ورشة الملح والسمن والبيض والفانيليا ثم نعجن المكونات لين تتماسك وتتجانس تماماً بحيث يكون قوام العجين لين الى حد ما ثم نترك العجين لمدة ١٥دقيقه يرتاح ونغطيها بالنايلون ونضعها بالثلاجه.
  2. ثم نسخن الفرن على درجة ١٣٠ْ(او حسب حرارة كل فرن)اي درجة حرارة متوسطه بعد ذلك نقسم العجين الى الثلث والثلثين ونحضر قالب التارت ويفضل ان تكون ذات قاعدته متحركه ،وإذا تبون تحطونها في صينيه الكب كيك تكون ميني تارت.
  3. بعد ذلك نضع العجين في الصينيه ونفرده وتكون ثخانة العجين حوالي ١/٢سم ونقوم بعمل جوانب للعجين بارتفاع حوالي ١سم ثم نضع المربى ونوزعه على مساحه الصينيه وثلث العجين المتبقي نقوم بعمل حبال طويله ونضعها فوق المربى طولاً وعرضاً.
  4. ثم ندخل الصينيه الفرن لمدة٣٠-٣٥دقيقه لين تنضج وتشوفين تغير لون الجوانب للون الذهبي بعدين نطفئ الفرن من تحت ونشغل من فوق عشان يصير الوجه ذهبي وبعد مانطلعها نخليها تبرد وبعدها نرفعها من الصينيه.
  5. للتزين الوجه نرش سكر بودره.
