  3. نفرك الديك الرومي بالثوم البودرة والبهارات المشكلة وعصير البرتقال وبشر البرتقال من الداخل والخارج..
  4. نحشي الديك الرومي بالفريكة و نغلق الفتحة بواسطة خيط الطعام أو أعواد الأسنان.
  5. ندهن وجهه الديك الرومي بالزبدة ونغطيه بورق المنيوم.
  6. ندخله إلى الفرن المحمى لمدة ساعتين او حسب وزن الديك (كل كيلو يلزمه 35 دقيقة).
  7. ننزع ورق الألمنيوم ونضع الديك تحت الشواية حتى يحمر وجهه...
  8. ثم نقدمه ساخنا إلى جانب السلطات أو حسب الرغبة.
