- ندهن البركوكس بالزيت ونحطوه يفوراو يتبخر ثم نضعه في الماء ونصفيه ونخليه يقطر ثم نرجعه يفور ثم نرشه بقليل من الماء والملح ونخليه ينشف ثم نرجعه يفور للمرة الثالثة.
- لما يطيب الدجاج والقديد والخضار نحيهم و نحط البركوكس في المرق مع حبة فلفل اخضر ونخليه يغلي قليلا حتى يطيب ويخثار المرق نطفي عليه ونقدمه مع الخضر والدجاج والقديد.
