Steps to make لقيمات - لقمه القاضي:

  1. عمل الشيره وتجهيزها : بجدر يتم وضع جميع المكونات وتسخينهم وتحريك المكونات بين فتره وفتره عشان لايحترق قاع الجدر ، اول ما تشوف الفقاقيع قصر على النار حيث تكون بين المتوسطه والخفيفه لمده ٤٠ الى ٥٠ دق ، ولما تشوف قوام الشيره اذا يناسبكم.
  2. اللقيمات : خلط جميع المكونات الناشفه اولا وبعدين اضيف السوائل ومزجهم جيداً ، يجب وضع مكونات وهي دافئه وليست حاره او بارده ، اخلي العجينه بمكان دافئ وتغطيه الوعاء بنايلون وفوطه (خرجه- قطعه قماش) للحفاظ على حرارتها وبعد ٣٠ دق تكون جاهزه.
  3. لما تكون العجينه جاهزه بنفس الوقت نفوح بطاطا ولازم تكون ناعمه وبعدين بخلاط نهرسها لما تصير قوامها مثل العجين.
  4. يتم اضافه البطاطا فوق عجينه اللقيمات ومزجها جيداً.
  5. بمقلاه تكون نارها خفيفه جداً ولما يسخن الزيت نحط اللقيمات عاد كل واحد وطريقته ، انا حطيتهم بكيس نايلون ومن الطرف سوتيه مثل القمع اضغط عليه وانزله على النار واحمس واقلب الحبات عشان ياخذ لون ذهبي لكل جانب من اللقيمات.
  6. بس نخلص قلي اللقيمات نخليهم بصحن حتى تخف حرارتهم ونحطهم بحمام الشيره.
